YOUR VOICE, OUR VOICE - DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION PROGRAM

At Braile Biomédica, respect and collaboration to build a fairer world are at the heart of efforts, directly linked to the values ​​and purpose of Caring for People. For us, diversity goes beyond respecting and accepting differences, it is essential to understand that a team with different profiles is richer in talent, improves results and contributes to the success and growth of the company. And as a way of optimizing our efforts on the topic of Diversity & Inclusion and promoting an increasingly culture of respect, inclusion and equity, Braile Biomédica created and launched today, August 23, 2021, the Program "Your voice, our voice ", with the objective of providing and guaranteeing a more diverse environment, free from prejudice and discrimination and safe for all workers, so that each one can be who he really is. The launch with all employees took place this morning and had the words of the president, Patricia Braile and the People Management Manager, Carline Miglioli, in addition to the presence and support of the operations and innovation director, Rafael Braile and the Councilor Emeritus, Dr. Maria Cecília Braile. In the "Your Voice, Our Voice" program, we will work with all diversity groups, being female strength, race and ethnicity, best age (50+), PCD and LGBTQIA+, but in this first moment, we will start with the Female Strength and Race and Ethnicity. The themes will be addressed assertively internally, through actions, reflection on unconscious biases and awareness of leaders, so that everyone understands diversity as a value for the company and the business. We believe that the wealth of human potential generated from people with different characteristics, ideas, styles and personal and professional experiences transforms the environment into a more favorable environment for people and businesses to prosper.
