Dominus® Safety Release

The Dominus Safety Release Vascular Stent Endoprosthesis consists of a self-expanding stent-graft with high radial force, featuring a Nitinol structure in a Z-Gianturco pattern, coated with polyester fabric and encapsulated in a delivery system with a hydrophilic outer coating. The delivery system is compatible with guidewires up to 0.035” (not included with the product)

The product is indicated for the treatment of descending thoracic aortic dissection; descending thoracic aortic aneurysm with limited extension and adequate proximal and distal landing zones; aortic coarctation; and other aortic lesions for which medical criteria indicate treatment with a stent-graft endoprosthesis and that present adequate proximal and distal fixation zones.
