Braile Biomédica encourages the use of the Whistleblowing Channel in case of irregularities. Reports sent to the Ethics in Health Institute broaden the culture of integrity in the medical sector.
On the channel, your report can be made anonymously or identified, with identified reports contributing significantly to a more accurate investigation.
The accuracy of the information is the responsibility of the reporter, and all allegations are verified in accordance with the standards of the Ethics in Health Institute.
Ethics Committee for the Use of Animals (CEUA)
Responsible researchThe Ethics Committee on the Use of Animals at Braile Biomédica (CEUA - Braile) is responsible for evaluating and monitoring all teaching, research, and innovation projects involving experimentation and the use of animals. Therefore, the CEUA issues opinions on experimentation protocols with laboratory or wild animals, ensuring ethical principles.
Compliance with national standards
CEUA - Braile bases its decisions and issuance of certificates on the guidelines and standards advocated by national regulatory bodies, such as the Brazilian Society of Science in Laboratory Animals and the National Council for the Control of Animal Experimentation (CONCEA).
