Reinforced Arterial Cannula
The Armored Arterial Cannula is manufactured from non-toxic polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and consists of three parts: the tip, the body, and the distal end. The tip is available in straight and curved forms, with or without a flange, which helps to secure the cannula to the artery.
The body internally contains a stainless steel reinforcement, whose function is to prevent kinking during handling, and is externally engraved with the diameter in French (Fr) and a sagittal line that allows the surgeon to position the cannula after insertion. At the distal end, accessories are used to suit the surgeon's needs.
