A new step for Braile Biomédica with fenestrated devices

One procedure more with Braile custom-made endoprosthesis in Italy was successfully performed. The procedure was performed by the local staff, Dr. Gianpaolo Carrafiello, Interventional Radiologist and Dr. Matteo Crippa, Vascular Surgeon and their teams, and was accompanied by the Technical Support of the company, Ana Luiza Pozzetti and the distributor Marco Orlandi.
For this procedure a stent was developed with Free Flow and scallop to preserve the celiac trunk, the superior mesenteric and the right renal polar artery, as well as two fenestrations for right renal and left renal. Before the implantation of the prosthesis, the team decided to disregard the fenestra to the right renal, because this kidney was being completely irrigated by the polar preserved by the scallop of the prosthesis.
Certain of the agility and quality of the materials of Braile Biomédica, the team already prepare new procedures.
Braile Biomédica thanks everyone who is committed to the project and hopes to continue to bring technology and quality to the world.
