BOVINE PERICARDIUM PATCH PLEDGES
The Bovine Pericardium Patch Pledges is made with bovine pericardium previously treated with glutaraldehyde and conserved in 4% formaldehyde. This treatment gives it proper characteristics of resistance, flexibility and lack of antigenicity.
The product is used in making and reinforcing the patch for use in extracorporeal circulation, miocardic lesions with an haemostatic purpose, coronary cerclage in procedures without extracorporeal circulation and surgical corrections of the aorta diseases.
